Question – The numbers 13 and 31 are prime numbers. Both these numbers have same digits 1 and 3. Find such pairs of prime numbers upto 100.
Solution –
Prime numbers : Prime numbers are the numbers with exactly two factors i.e., 1 and itself.
Pairs of prime number up to 100 having same digits are:
17 and 71 are prime numbers. Both these numbers have same digits 1 and 7
37 and 73 are prime numbers. Both these numbers have same digits 3 and 7
79 and 97 are prime numbers. Both these numbers have same digits 7 and 9
So, there are 3 such pairs of prime numbers up to 100 other than 13 and 31 with same digits.
