Question –Give three pairs of prime numbers whose difference is 2.

[Remark : Two prime numbers whose difference is 2 are called twin primes].

Solution:

The three pairs of prime numbers whose difference is 2 are:

3 and 5, 17 and 19, 11 and 13.

Therefore, three pairs of prime numbers are (3, 5), (17, 19) and (11, 13) and their difference is 2.
