**Even Numbers**

**Even Numbers are numbers which are divisible by 2.**

**A number is divisible by 2, if the digit at one’s place of that number is 0, 2, 4, 6 or 8. **

**Odd Numbers**

**Numbers which are not divisible by 2, are known as Odd numbers. **

**In other words, if the digit at one’s place is 1, 3, 5, 7 or 9, such numbers would not be divisible by 2 and would be Odd Numbers.**

Which of the following is an Even number?

49, 12, 31, 33

**Explanation**

Even Numbers are numbers which are divisible by 2.
