Articles are demonstrative adjectives and are used to point out people or things, so they are used before nouns.
TYPES OF ARTICLES
- Definite Articles – “The”
- Indefinite Articles – “A” and “An”
1) Definite Articles (The) – The is called Definite Article because it points out some definite or particular person or things
2) Indefinite Articles (A and An) – A and An are called Indefinite Article because they do not point out any definite or any particular person or thing
